If ESK Summer on the Hill must cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued.
If you choose to cancel, the amount of refund is determined by reason for cancellation, means, and timing of notification. Partial Refunds are defined as the cost of registration fees minus the nonrefundable $50 deposit.

Means: Requests to cancel a camp must be made by sending an email; no phone calls, voicemails, text messages, or verbal conversations. Please send all camp refund requests to camp@esknoxville.org.
Timing: No refunds will be given, nor will the registration fee be transferable, if the request to cancel is received after May 1 for camps occuring in the month of June. No refunds will be given, nor will the registration fee be transferable, if the request to cancel is received after June 1 for camps occuring in the month of July.
If cancellations are made after the Grace Period and before the cut-off date(s) and via email, families have two options:
Option A: The registration fee may transfer to another camp session if space is available (to a camper or within family), but it cannot be applied to ESK tuition or incidental family balances.
Option B: Get a partial refund. A partial refund is defined as the cost of the camp minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. The registration fee cannot be applied to ESK tuition or incidental family balances.
Grace Period: For those who register January - March, there will be a “grace period” that will expire at the end of the day on March 31. This grace period will allow camp families to make changes or cancellations to their camper’s schedule without incurring fees. Full refunds (minus the deposit) will be issued during this time frame, and only during this time frame, to families who need to cancel an enrollment for any reason. The cutoff date for this grace period will be strictly followed, without exceptions, and our cancellation/refund policies will apply, starting April 1.
