Her First Athletics Lacrosse Camp
This one-of-a-kind camp is designed for Middle School (rising 5th-8th) girls with at least 1–2 years of experience who are ready to refine their skills, compete at a higher level, and elevate their overall performance!
Athletes will learn and elevate lacrosse skills while developing the performance habits required to compete at the next level. Through a blend of on-field training and education in fueling, recovery, leadership, injury prevention, and mindset, this camp prepares athletes to perform and feel their best!
The camp is led by Kellie Cope, former Division I lacrosse player and female athlete health and performance specialist. Athletes will also be coached by current and former collegiate lacrosse players and learn from trusted female athlete health and performance experts and clinicians!
